Let's learn about Environmental Engineers!
Bridger

Environmental engineers focus on factors in the air, water or soil that can have an impact on the health of humans, animals, or vegetation. These factors are contaminants that are introduced through man-made activities such as air emissions and leaking underground fuel tanks.

Many problems that the environmental engineers deal with are problems due to historical processes used prior to the current environmental laws. One recent interest with the engineers is indoor air quality. This is the assessment of the air that we breathe indoors.

I became an engineer because.... I like math and solving problems. When I was in middle school I was very active in Girl Scouts, band, and horseback riding. I also played basketball and enjoyed reading. Today I own a horse and I am in a book discussion group.
